I was on vacation, visiting friends in Hot Springs. I had developed a sound coming from the front disc brakes. My friend in Hot Springs and I inspected the front disc brakes and saw the very worn disc brake pads. We thought about getting new pads and replacing them our selves but I thought it would be a good idea to let you at Rock City HD do the repair. I called and talked with Joe and since I was out of state and on vacation you could get me in immediately.It was determined that a piston in the caliper was stuck in the extended position which wore the pad down to nothing.The work was done in a timely and professional (hats off to the technician) manner as was the interaction between myself, Joe and Joann.I appreciate how Harley-Davidson and their dealerships put a priority on out of town customers! My wife and I were heading back home form Eurika Springs on June 5, 2023 and noticed an oil leak. I would highly recommend Rock City HD. Amazing staff and a great facility. I was able to take the beginners course at the riding academy and it was great experience. Sal, Joshua, Greg and Johnathan do a super job with the course and are thorough highly professional instructors. I would highly recommend the instruction given here. My wife & I rode Hondas for 6 years before we traded our bikes in on Harleys. I have a 2010 Road King FHLR & she has a 1999 Springer Softtail. She rides occasionally & I ride all the time. Even use mine as work vehicle. The parts & service departments have always taken care of us. I bought two new tires, had to have ball bearings replaced, rear brake pads, rear air shocks pressure adjusted & a new rubber piece replaced for my digital odometer. They took care of me & wasn't charged for labor on one tire. My 7 year old daughter and I go there often to hang out and I have many HD t-shirts.

Was passing through and stopped at Rock City HD to get bike checked. There was some issue with my bike and we were talking with Nate, who was really helpful. Ended up get an offer on my bike and decided to trade it in. Everyone at the dealer ship are really friendly. Is was later in the evening and Nate, Mike and Jonathan stay late to finish the sale. Service Dept. switched some items from my old bike to the new one. Over all great experience.

I can't say enough about how great these people are. I had a bike shipped from Ca. and it ended up being delivered 2 weeks late from the shipping company. These people especially Tory, Kenny, and Joe called me at least twice a week to check for updates. They kept a service appt. open for me until the bike arrived. The service dept. had me out on time and even did a great job assisting me. I had not been on a bike since 94 and they took time to explain the bike ( my first Harley a 05 Heritage Softail) to me and showed me how to tie it down. I bought helmets and jackets for my wife and I and the girls in the sales are took their time and laughed and joked with us and we never felt pressured to hurry. I hope the owner realizes how great a team he has and his business model is outstanding. 10/10 and thy will be the only ones working on or servicing my bike.

I've been a customer of this dealership since moving to Arkansas nearly 10 years ago. I had my 2007 Street Glide in for 10,000 and 20,000 mile services, its one warranty repair, I've purchased parts, had many comfortable/low pressure discussions with sales staff, and I've called in for advice on my bike. It sounds impossible, but every interaction I have had with the very many different people at this dealership over the years has been exceptional and far beyond expectation.
This level of customer service had me concerned that it would not carry over to the new, much larger facility. Expansion can lead to a "big head mentality" where the customer becomes just another face and the relationship between dealership and customer gets lost. Thankfully this has not happened with Rock City Harley Davidson.
On Veterans Day I traded in my Street Glide for a 2020 Street Glide Special. The entire process was smooth, I was given what I felt was a very fair price for my trade. Bill Wagner in sales is one of those guys you feel at home talking to. Calm, no pressure, knows the HD product very well and comes across as a friendly neighbor or close friend. Mike the sales manager worked with me on landing at a payment I felt comfortable with and LeeAnn made the official signing of the documents quick and painless.
A few days later I made the decision to bring the bike in for a Stage 2 performance upgrade and some other items. Jonathan helped me out to add Screaming Eagle coverage to my extended service plan. I know I created extra work for him by doing this, but he jumped in and handled it like a champ. Here's something I really liked - Communication!! Jeff in Parts and Joe in Service kept in touch with me via phone and text to finalize my parts list and schedule my service appointment.
Today I dropped off my bike for the performance upgrade. Chance Beeman and I met on the showroom floor and chatted for a bit, another Bill Wagner type - super kind and friendly. Would you believe Chance actually gave me a ride home! I was going to call a cab or an Uber. Sure, it was a cold and early start to the sales day, but to be extended this level of customer service goes far beyond the norm.

These guys are Great. I bought a bike from my brother in law and went into the store to purchase helmets and jackets, Brad met us at the door and gave me the Ok to have the bike delivered to them instead of my house to have tires put on and serviced. Then he took us over to Cathy in sales and she spent at least an hour with us getting the right helmets (size) and leather jackets. I called service the next day and Joe set me up for a appointment even though the bikes not here yet. He did this so even if it's delayed I won't be a walk in so they can be ready for me. These folks understood I haven't been on a bike in a long time and answered all my questions and never rushed me or my wife. I will post again after the bike gets it service in the next week or two, but if it is like our experience so far i expect nothing but it being excellent. Great job folks keep it up.

The employees at Rock City HD are more like family than a dealership. Every time I've been to the store it's been an outstanding experience. Recently I spoke to Jeff in the parts department about ordering a after market handle bar for my bike. I did some research on the handle bar, via the aftermarket's web site. When I spoke to Jeff about ordering the part he didn't think it was compatible with my bike, even though the web site indicated it would fit. Jeff took my name and number and said he would call me back. Jeff personally called the after market company and spoke to their rep. Come to find out the information on the web site was wrong. Jeff did additional research and found the perfect part. When I picked the part up I spoke with personnel in the service department and they provided me tips on how to install the part. Now that's service. ! I won't take my business anywhere else. Bill in sales is exceptional and Kathy in apparel always has a smile and makes you feel like family. On Tuesday, 06 June, 2017, I somehow managed to fill the tank on my 2003 Wide Glyde with Diesel fuel! I still don't understand how I did this. My riding Buddy went to Rock City for assistance. Before I could finish a ciccarrette,, he and Kevin returned with a trailer. We loaded up my bike and got to the dealership. David quickly got me on a lift and Jesse went to work. In less than 2.5 hours, we were on the road again. The work was performed quickly and expertly.
